Return and Refund Policy

1) Made-to-order and custom pieces
All our pieces are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
This is standard for made-to-order designer garments.
2) Alterations and fit support
We care about fit. If your garment requires minor alterations, our team will guide you on the best way forward.
- If the alteration requires the piece to be shipped back, courier costs may apply.
- Please ensure measurements and details are reviewed carefully before confirming your order.

3) Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged in transit, or
- Incorrect compared to your confirmed order
Please email us at amikariaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing photos and product images
We will review and assist on priority.
4) Cancellations
Since production begins soon after confirmation:
- Cancellation requests can be considered only if raised within 24 hours of order confirmation
- If production has already started, cancellation will not be possible

5) Colour and craft variations
Handcrafted products may show slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery placement, or finish. These are inherent to artisanal work and are not considered defects.
